1. Refund Eligibility

India eFiling is committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Full Refund

If we are unable to provide the service due to reasons within our control
If the service was not initiated within 7 business days of payment
If duplicate payment was made by error

Partial Refund

If the application is rejected by the government portal due to incorrect filing by our team — we will either re-file at no extra cost or provide a partial refund
If you cancel the service after processing has begun but before submission to the government portal

No Refund

Government fees and stamp duty are non-refundable under any circumstances
If the application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client
If the service has been fully completed and delivered
If the client fails to provide required documents within 30 days of payment

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Step 1: Email us at Indiaefilings9525@gmail.com with your ticket number and reason for refund
Step 2: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
Step 3: If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Step 4: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

3. Refund Timeline

UPI / Net Banking: 3-5 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
Wallet: 1-2 business days

4. Re-Filing Guarantee

If your government application is rejected due to an error on our part, we will re-file the application at no additional cost. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of rejection.

5. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to Indiaefilings9525@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". We will review and respond within 5 business days.
