- Accounting and Bookkeeping Services
We act as a facilitator between you and the respective government portals. We are not a government agency.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Upload genuine documents required for filing
- Respond promptly to queries from our team
- Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes
- Keep your login credentials secure
4. Payment Terms
- Service fees are non-refundable once processing has begun, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
- Government fees are separate from our service fees and are non-refundable.
- Prices are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed on our Pricing page.
- All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
5. Service Delivery
- Processing timelines are estimates and may vary based on government processing times.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by government portals, incorrect information, or missing documents.
- Digital copies of all filed documents and certificates will be delivered via email or through your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
India eFiling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the service fee paid by you for the specific service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of India eFiling and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
